Agencies wishing to return product may call Calico Packaging LLC's customer service department (1-800-638-0828) to secure a return authorization number. Please refer to the contract for return terms and conditions.
Immediately upon receipt, all shipments must be inspected and checked against the quantities shown in "shipped" column of the packing list. The apparent shortage may be marked as shipping on a separate carrier. If a shortage is found, please contact Calico Packaging LLC's customer service department for resolution.
All shipments are packaged to meet carrier requirements for safe transport. Please inspect immediately upon receipt for any damage. Any shipment that arrives in damaged condition should not be accepted unless the carrier acknowledges (by driver signature) on the freight bill. Please notify Calico Packaging LLC as soon as possible. In the event of concealed damage, please immediately contact the delivery carrier (name and number on the bill of lading) for instructions and Calico Packaging LLC. Calico Packaging LLC will work directly with the deivering carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your assistance in contacting the delivering carrier will greatly assist.
Calico Packaging LLC has a very stringent quality control process. We realize a defect may happen in the manufacturing process that may not be detected. In the event a defect is encountered, please contact Calico Packaging LLC for a resolution.
