RE: Contract 4400023399, Polyethylene Trashcan Liners
This contract is for Polyethylene Trashcan Liners and consists of various sizes and thicknesses to be used for trash, debris, and other materials. This contract is to be used by all Commonwealth agencies.
See the Crosswalk tab of the Contract Overview for an explanation of the line item/liner changes from the former contract to this new contract in EmarketPlace. Also, included is the End User Guide Tab providing an explanation of the 2 liner types: High Density (HiD) and Linear Low Density (LLD). It includes recommendations for use of each liner based on liner type, liner size, and liner strength. It also provides guidance on the appropriate size and type of waste receptacle the liners should be used in for best results.
Deliveries. All orders shall be delivered within 15 business days of order receipt. Deliveries will be inside delivery to the address specified on the order.
Minimum Order: The minimum order qualifying for F.O.B. delivered price shall be $50.00. A reasonable freight/shipping cost may be added to all non-qualifying orders.
Price Adjustments: A price adjustment maybe requested during the contract renewal process. A written justification to the Contracting Officer with supporting documentation that provides details of the proposed price adjustment is required. The request will be reviewed by DGS and must be approved before any price adjustments take place.
